BW’s Athlete of the Week – Dre’Ameerha Walker

Dre’Ameerha Walker Indoor/Spring Track: Senior Overall GPA: 4.08 Dre’Ameerha competed in the state championships for indoor track this season.  She attained her personal bests in her events.  60m Hurdles (9.31sec) – 9th in the state 4×2 – ran a 25 split – 7th in the state As a senior, her current weighted GPA is 4.08!!

The Wayne Boys Basketball Team won vs Fairfield 49-45 to win the District Championship.  They have entered the “Sweet 16” for the OHSAA State Tournament.  They will faceoff against Trotwood Madison this Wednesday March 12th at 6:15 at the Cintas Center Xavier University.
